Googled personal trainer and Flex Fitness was the first to come up.
????What sparked you to join?
Training on my own was resulting in injury and though I was dedicated and working hard.
I was just not accomplishing my fitness goals.
I thought it was time for some professional help.
????What were you doing before joining Flex Fitness?
Worked out on my own.
I manage a yoga studio/gym so I practice yoga and do my own workouts - cardio and lifting.
????What were you most skeptical about before joining Flex Fitness?
I didn’t believe anything would get me where I wanted to be.
????What was your first day like?
Nobody knows.
????What specific results have you achieved since joining?
I have lost the weight that I wanted to lose while maintaining strength.
I no longer have the joint pain and injuries that were effecting my mood and daily functioning.
????What is your life like now and what do you like most about Flex Fitness?
I feel so much better without pain and still feel strong and fit.
And it’s going to keep getting better!
